We at kios operate a platform for sports betting, live-dealer gaming, and slot games across supported jurisdictions. Our terms govern your access to our service, how we handle your account data, the rules for deposits and withdrawals via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and bank virtual accounts, and what happens if disputes arise.

When you request a withdrawal from kios, we process it within our standard verification windows — typically one to two business days for bank transfers, and faster for e-wallet or mobile banking. We may review withdrawals to prevent fraud and money laundering. If a withdrawal is flagged for review, we contact you via email or SMS. We do not apply fixed timelines ("subject to verification" or "within five minutes") because review windows depend on payment partner processing and regulatory checks.
Bonus terms on kios
Any promotional bonus we offer on kios carries specific terms — such as wagering requirements, expiry dates, and eligible games. We display these terms clearly when you claim a bonus.
